Responsible for services such as audio-visual support, central office, general services (care-taking, gardening), vehicles, security, maintenance and upkeep.
Objective: to develop better administrative practices, aiming to increase efficiency and organizational development. Undertakes data surveys through interviews, questionnaires and reports to evaluate procedures and techniques, proposing modernization and the development of individual and group tasks. Proposes training and development of personnel to enable better adjustment to new practices and to accompany the changes implemented.
